With over 20 years of experience, I’ve climbed the ranks from Charge Nurse to CEO of my own Home Health Agency. Now, I’m focused on empowering nurses to create successful, impactful businesses.
Starting My Own Business as a Nurse Was The Best Thing I've Ever Done For Myself
Since I was a child, I’ve always envisioned myself working in the medical field, and that vision led me to become a Registered Nurse. Over the years, I’ve held many leadership roles such as Director of Nursing and Administrator, eventually becoming the CEO of my own Home Health Agency. Through determination and a hunger for more, I turned that dream into a thriving reality, and now I’m here to help others do the same.
With Nursing in Style Consulting, my mission is to help nurses break free from the limitations of traditional roles and embrace entrepreneurship. I offer hands-on coaching and mentorship, guiding them through the process of building and growing successful healthcare businesses. My focus is on improving clinical outcomes, fostering teamwork, and ensuring patient satisfaction, while simultaneously helping businesses grow and thrive.
